Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

To create a customer/client focused working environment by planning and executing projects within the agreed cost, time and to the expected quality of customers.

1. Acting as a contact between Inocon and its existing potential markets
2. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
3. Gathering market and customer information
4. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
5 Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customers to buy
6. Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
8. Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
10. Making accurate, rapid cost calculation and providing customers with quotations
11. Feeding future buying trends back to employers
12. Attending team meeting and sharing best practices with colleagues
13. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positon in the industry:
researching and analyzing sales options.
14. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
15. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and
recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
16 Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, markets activites
and competitors.
17. Prepares reports by collection, analyzing and summarizing information
18. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
