To  effectively manage the relationship between INOCON and its clients by providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the company’s services are provided in an effective and efficient manner for business sustainability.

1. Ensure that clientele needs are address promptly
2. Manage clients’ needs as regards information, total satisfaction of service, complaint, management etc. in effecting client service in totality.
3. Liaise with IT department for keeping the website current with the firm’s business at  all times
4. Perform other secretarial works including but not limited to typing, filing, proofreading, maintenance of service logs and data entry.
5. Coordinate monthly reports for all departments
6. Organize and Co-ordinate meetings
7. Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
8. Assist in the preparation of sales documents
9. Make frequent client calls to strengthen client relationships.
10. Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
11 Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
12 Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
13 Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
14 Provide support in new product development and enhancement activities.
